Description

This is a complete travel trailer package with the tow hitch system, and everything that you need to go today (except your clothes). It’s super clean, well maintained, and everything works. The outdoor kitchen is an awesome option, especially with the outdoor refrigerator. We never used the indoor kitchen for anything other than boiling water, so the interior still smells like a newer travel trailer. This is a great floorplan for families, and can easily accommodate you, your kids, and even some of their friends. With 3 slide outs, it really has a lot of room. The bunkroom in the back of the trailer keeps the kids separate from your sleeping area, which is really nice. If you don’t know about Rockwood quality, look them up. They are really well insulated and built right. We camped in the heat of Texas summers, and the dead of winter in the mountains of Arkansas and always felt comfortable.Asking price is $31,000.00, and this is a great value considering all of the upgrades and accessories included with this package. Upgrades:- RV Lock keyless entry on main door, and all new RV Locks replaced on storage doors. All keys match. This is a solid security update, because these keys are not like other travel trailer keys. - New good quality National Roadmax heavy rated trailer tires replaced within the past year. - Rear view camera system- 12,000lb tow hitch with anti-sway bar and load balancing system. This thing is NICE. - Wheel bearings were replaced in 2020 as part of regular maintenance- New sink faucet in kitchen because we got tired of the slow water flow. We put in a residential grade faucet, which is an awesome upgrade. Flaw:We had a blowout about 2 months ago on the passenger side, and it did mark up the plastic around the wheel well. It did not mark up the travel trailer, and you could easily replace the plastic if you want. It’s still fully functional, so we just left it. And yes, we replaced the tire this past month. You will need a fairly capable truck to pull this. Empty weight is 7,500lbs, so I would suggest a vehicle with at least a 9,000lb tow capacity. We towed it with our Expedition EL (9,200lb tow capacity) and had no problems on the highways or through the mountains in Arkansas. Let me know if you’re interested, and we’ll set up a day/time for you to come see it. I currently have it in a storage area, but we can set it all up if you’re a serious buyer.
