Description

Go anywhere in this professionally remodeled ultra-light trailer with so many upgrades! National Parks? No problem. BLM land? If you go slow, you'll be fine! Small and tall and easy to pull! Buy it now and come to the warm Southwest for the winter! We LOVE our little ECON trailer and are sad to let her go, but due to a recent decline in health, we don't have the energy to travel this way anymore. Frankly, we missed our window of opportunity and should have started this about 10 years ago. Oh well, our loss is your gain. My husband is a home remodeler so he did all the custom work! Here's what's new: Formica kitchen counter w/ stainless steel 9" deep sink and a faucet with pull down hose. Kitchen cabinet doors, custom shelving and pull out drawers for maximum storage, as I love to cook. All the walls and the ceiling have been sealed and painted for a fresh, bright new look. The dry bath used to have thin wallpaper on the shower walls (???) so we spent $400+ on materials and installed lightweight, acrylic shower panels for a truly waterproof shower. Multiple towel racks/hooks, oxygenic shower wand, and two types of refrigerator fans for better airflow and efficiency in the small Dometic fridge. We removed the uncomfortable tiny bench seat by the door and the small gas heater, which allowed room for a dining area inside the trailer. The table is on drop-down hinges and the 2 swivel chairs can be stored one on top of the other and bungeed to a hook when traveling. We use small, electric ceramic heaters when needed for heat. However, we still have the original gas one and will include it in the sale. We added extra insulation in the areas that we could, sealed every hole we found and installed a new floor with quality, vinyl planks. We bought 2 new scissor stabilizer jacks (for a total of 4), had a welder design a platform and security cage for a generator on the back bumper, upgraded to 2 deep cell, 6 volt batteries and a large propane tank. Some ECON specs: Length with tongue: 15'11", Width: 84", Ext. Height: 9'6", Int. Height: 78" (6'5"), Dry Weight: @2000 lbs, GVWR: 3850 lbs, Fresh water: 18 gal, Grey: 15 gal, Black: 10 gal, Water heater: 6 gal, Aluminum frame w/ laminated fiberglass outside walls, seamless one piece rubber roof, TV antenna with cable hook-up, Dometic AC, AM/FM/CD Stereo w/ indoor/outdoor speakers, brand new awning (manual), bath skylight, spare tire, outside H/C shower, satellite connections, 2 roof fans/vents, door flood light and more!
