FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD HW296 (HIGH WALL PACKAGE) - Almost brand new, has many extras - added a Pantry (made of wood and folds down for easy travel) and clothes rack (also made of wood and folds down). We bought brand new in December 2020. We have only used it 3 times since. It is a great camper, VERY ROOMY with a slide, and has LOTS OF COUNTER SPACE. It even has a Bathroom with a Shower! A sofa (that folds down to make a small bed) where you can watch TV, it has a large wrap-around bench & eating Table. We played many of games on that Table!! It has A/C & Heat.HIGH WALL PACKAGE: Designed for those who want the amenities of a larger travel trailer but like the convenience of a pop-up camper for easier storage and effortless towing. These campers give you a larger refrigerator, standard oven, microwave, added counter space, & upgraded Dexter torsion axles, all features that are not available in a standard size pop-up camper. Has Sound System. We added a custom TV rack and will include the TV (with DVD player) with the camper. Easy to store (we kept it covered in the backyard). This pop-up camper provides luxury with a lighter towable option. Bluetooth, Speakers in & outside. 3-Burner Stove, Oven, 2 sinks, The King bed has a HEATED MATTRESS (came with camper). We took out the Queen bed, and built Pantry and Clothes Rack. We use that area where Queen Bed was as storage. Works great for 2 people. LOTS of storage underneath. A slide out drawer was added to allow ease of use. NON-SMOKERS, NO PETS. Power Lift Jack.
