I purchased this RV new, and have used it only 3 times, it is in excellent condition. It has two bunk beds and the dining area makes into a bed so it can comfortably sleep 4. The bunks are roomy so kids could sleep two to a bunk. I am asking what I still owe. It comes with water hoses, 50/30 and 110 adapter and tire covers, also a lock for the hitch. Black water capacity 17 gal., fresh water capacity 24, water heater 6 gal., gray water 18 gal., rear stablizing jacks, hitch weight 320, dry weight 2360. I could easily pull it with my Toyota Tacoma 6v truck. AC works great, everything is like it came off the lot.
