*No mattresses/bunk mats with sale (original mattresses were uncomfortable, so we replaced them and are using them in our next camper. Who wants to sleep on someone else's used mattress anyway, right? Walmart has great memory foam mattresses for very reasonable prices)

*No patio steps (we sold them)

*No garage dining table (it was very heavy, awkward, and hard to store. Easily replaced with a better/cheaper option in my opinion)

*Maybe no garage TV (we replaced it with a smart TV for our kids that we might put in the new camper if it fits)

*Washer/dryer/shelf not included.

The bad: I tried to repair a scratch on the fridge and wasn't able to match the grain on the original surface. Not horrible or a huge deal, but it is noticible.

This would make a great camper for someone looking to full-time, or just weekend camp. In our experience, it is a high quality brand/model compared to many other RV's of much higher value (including class A models more than double the price). This is Keystones top of the line 5th wheel toy hauler line, and was the first line of 5th wheel toy haulers on the market. You will definitely not be disappointed with this unit.
