This is our first entry into the fifth wheel lifestyle in 2013. We retired in 2018 and purchased a new 2018 model. This Excel has been maintained since and is in excellent condition. It has been kept in a covered pole barn since 2013 to current (except for travel time between 2013 to 2018). The tires are 17.5", load range H and have no miles on them. All lights have been changed to LED (bulbs) and operate as they should. The carpet is also in excellent condition and furniture as well. One window shade Small window beside the dining table partially comes down and does not stay up if needed. All others operate as they should. There are no leaks and the roof is original. It still has several years of life left in it, but personally would change it in 4-5 years to be preventative. Bath room skylight is a new smoked plexiglass. All brakes, slides and appliances operate as they should. A 30RSO is a perfect length for fitting into Federal national parks (limit is usually 36'). We traveled to Arizona and back one time and the remainder of the trips were isolated in the southeast. The storage compartment has a double decker slide out for convenience and can store extra items as needed for tools, 2nd refer/freezer, etc. Plenty of storage space for multiple chairs etc. The 30 amp power cord is not included in the sale as it is an extention cord for another fifth wheel we still own.
