This is a custom, one owner 2020 Tiffin Wayfarer 25RW with Murphy bed and theater seats on the new MB Sprinter chassis that includes all of the new safety features and dash information system, which is why we ordered it. Also of note, this coach was manufactured by Tiffin before Thor acquired them and we have had absolutely NO issues with the coach or MB chassis and we are only selling it to go to a 5th wheel so our kids can use it with their children. All maintenance and MB recalls have been performed at the local MB Sprinter dealer in Plano and the only repair was this week to replace the inverter with a 2000 watt model though we picked up a small chip in the center of the windshield, not in the line of sight while driving, and that was repaired by Safelite nearly 2 years ago and stable. The dealer added a dome satellite dish to the roof when we took delivery and it works great with either Dish or Directv. We always use a surge protector and it is always plugged to shore power and fully charged except while driving and I added a battery filling system. The generator has 54 hours and works great as does the Truma tankless HWH, stabilizing jacks, Wifi booster, sound system, central vacuum system, and 3 TVs (2 inside, 1 outside). Most important, we have always stored our coach in an indoor facility on concrete so it has never been exposed to the sun or weather, other than when camping. The Tiffin recalls on the wheel covers, trailer hitch and fresh water tank support system are pending from the manufacturer and will be covered by Tiffin. I have never put more than 5 gallons in the water tank to keep the weight down and never towed so there are NO issues pending the replacement solutions and I have 5 years left on a 7 year bumper to bumper Good Sam Extended Warranty that is transferable. My wife and I added a 3" foam topper to the bed, a ceiling mounted sliding curtain system to separate the kitchen/theater seat area from the bedroom as well as a curtain across the overhead bunk for privacy and insulation of the living area from the cabin. There are MB front and side thermal window covers as well as the exterior sunscreen (pictured) that completely covers the windshield and side windows. We replaced the stock bathroom sink faucet with a 7" faucet, added a grab rail for the shower, Snap Pads on the jack plates , carpeted the steps, Weathertech matts and have an unused Cuisinart Propane Grill. We have no lien and are ready to consider reasonable offers.
