Description

We bought this RV at the beginning of COVID and used it to travel and camp while working. The vehicle has been wonderful, but we need to return to New York City. The vehicle is very driveable--neither of us had experience driving RVs before, and we both felt very comfortable doing so do to its compact size. The RV easily goes 85, and up to 75 uphill. You don't have to worry about being in the slow RV blocking traffic. The RV comfortably sleeps 3, although we've had up to 4. The slide out becomes a queen bed, which is in front of a tv. The seating area (a two-person seated couch with removable table in front) also converts to a bed which comfortably fits one adult or two children, and is in front of another TV. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, storage, and full shower. I am 5'10' and I can stand up fully in the shower. There is plenty of storage, and a small kitchen with a sink, stovetop, and sizeable fridge. We have added a cell signal booster to the RV that hugely helped with cell service. We were working from the RV, and needed cell signal and had very few issues with the booster, even in remote areas. The RV also comes with a moccins storage attachment on back, which we used to lug along golfing and other bulkier sports equipment.Outside, enjoy an awning and watch the outdoor TV under the shade. Other specs include a turbo diesel Ford Transit, with only 18,273 miles. 1 slide out for Queen bed plus couch/bed, 3.6 propane generator, 3 - 32 inch TVs and bluetooth FM/AM Stereo dvd/cd system with outside TV and speakers. Rear/backup camera, lit power awning, 13.5 BTU AC/heat, tankless water heater, 2 burner stove, microwave, 5.5 cuft 3 way fridge/freezer, directional TV antenna, skylight, 3 fans, toilet with indoor and outdoor shower, heated water and holding tanks, 2 batteries. We have not had any maintenance issues with the RV aside from when we stored the RV for a few months in winter and a mouse chewed through the cord connecting the rear-view backup camera. We have had that replaced and it is in full working order. Never had issues with the slide outs, engine, or electricity. We also had a 25 point inspection performed as of November 2021, and there were no issues found. We'd like to sell the RV before we move back to New York City and will consider offers that come in quickly. We have had a blast in this RV, and we hope you will too!
