Please watch the YouTube video. It was videotaped when we first bought the Trend. It gives an overview of all of the features and a nice tour. The video tour is a much better view than the photos. We are the original owners of the Winnebago Trend 23L floorplan and purchased it in December 2015. It has never been stored outside in the winter. During the winter, it has either been in a warmer climate or stored in our heated indoor garage. We have performed all maintenance based on the manufacturer's guidelines. There are newer tires on the motorhome. They have less than 7,000 miles on them. In addition, we upgraded the tankless water heater last year to the Girard 2nd generation tankless water heater. There is also a customized mattress on the corner bed that we had made at the original mattress factory. There are some minor cosmetic issues but nothing major. This is the perfect motorhome to travel through National Parks. It is very easy to drive and can go almost anywhere that the road takes you. It is great for boondocking or hooking up at RV parks or campgrounds. We are moving across the country to warmer weather. Therefore, we no longer will need the motorhome to travel south during the winter. We will be sad to let our Trend go.

OUR TREND IS LOCATED IN OUR INDOOR HEATED STORAGE UNIT IN COTTAGE GROVE, MINNESOTA. IT IS SEVERAL HOURS AWAY FROM WHERE WE ARE STAYING. Therefore, we must coordinate showing the Trend based on our schedule. Please only serious buyers due to the fact that we must travel a distance to show the motorhome.
