This almost 37 foot fifth wheel by Carri-Lite was their top end Emerald edition with 5 Slides & King Size Bed option! We bought this 6 years ago from the original owners. I think it has the best floor plan for a fifth wheel. There are 2 bedroom slides which gives it one of the largest bedroom set ups. It has a large bathroom area with an extra door to the bedroom, it has a stackable washer & dryer closet(washer will be included), the bedroom has plenty of closet space and an extra sink with medicine cabinet in the bedroom. Electric fireplace also provides heat for the RV. Room for generator in the front. Full paint scheme, Quartz counters in kitchen & on both sinks, convection microwave, light dimmer switches, black out shades, glazed Maple cabinetry, dishwasher pull out drawer, hide-a-bed sofa & recliners, we removed the old ammonia type refrigerator and replaced with a residential whirlpool refrigerator. Windows are upgraded frameless style, Dexter Axels with independent front power jacks, Power roof air vents with rain sensor, Mor-Ryde independent suspension & disc brakes, Electric front jacks. In 2019 we replaced the original 50 amp transfer electrical switch with a new $200 unit professionally installed. Just this year we replaced the control board for the 42,000 BTU Suburban furnance, in 2019 we replaced the main ducted AC with a new 15,000 BTU $1,300 Coleman unit. Items that need attention are: needs awning reattached(we have it stored in shop), the secondary direct vent AC in the bedroom ran out of freon & needs replaced(The large main HVAC is a ducted unit & has ducts in the bedroom that supply AC & Heat) the flame effect from the electric fireplace needs a part if you want to see the flame effects light up but the heat from fireplace works.
