No leaks, everything works. 2.5 KV Onan LP generator with 183 hours. Just serviced using Amsoil. Breakfast nook area has been modified to add a dresser for storage as you can see in the pictures. However, nothing was tore up and I have all the pads and the table to put it back as it was. It has a wet bath and an outdoor shower station. Two good awnings one off the back one off the driver side. Also has an awning over the slide out. It also has a dish receiver and antenna. I did not get a remote when I bought it so I do not know if it works and I have never tried it

UPDATE; The breakfast nook is back! I took the dresser out as everybody that's been looking at it wanted to see it that way and would want it that way if they bought it so it's back.
