THIS IS A 527RLWS - not a 526RLWS. 5th Wheel, very good shape and the perfect size! It's not like moving a football field, but has plenty of open space. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 big dogs. Originial floor plan is still intact. Septic hose and fittings included along with power cord, surge protector and convertor for 50/30 amps to home service. We love this trailer and hate to sell it, but we need to get a smaller pull vehicle and a smaller unit. The flaws are: slightly twisted/torn awning but it still works, couple of small stains on cushions, slightly torn screen door - that's it. We loved taking this to the mountains in Colorado, family reunions, and the river in Texas - you will love it, too!
