Was purchased in 2011, traveled 100 miles from All Seasons RV in Streetsboro Oh to Cedarlane and has not moved since. Camper has been on jacks/levelers since day one with tires off the ground. Exterior Width is 12'10" Length 40'11" Height 12'8". The interior height is 7' and has one slide out. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a bunk bed and a dinette convertible bed. Has been professionally winterized by Young's RV every year. The awning also has a inch long separation at the seam where the awning meets the top of the camper. There are two soft spots approx. 1ft by 1ft on the floor. One is in the master bedroom and the other is below the thermostat in the living room. Both spots were noticed at the end of the season and have not been addressed. A couple of the window night shades need to be repaired. Cedarlane is closed for the season but you are still able to park up front and walk back to see the camper.
