2005 Forest River Sandpiper Sport 23' everything is upgraded in last 3 years and we have used it only half a dozen or more times, Brand new roof done by dealer last month, new marine battery, battery disconnect switch, Newer AC/Heat roof unit used 3-4 times, new led lights throughout inside and out used 6-10 times , new tires used about 1000 miles , new upgraded foam and new upholstery on couches used 6-10 times, All new upholstered window valances, new mstr bed, new outside shower and retractable water hose hook up, wired for satellite and wired for 2 TV's, rebuilt fuel pump and flushed 30 gallon gas tank with new fuel gauge used 6-10 times, new locking fuel door, newer electric tounge jack, 4 corner manual stabilizers, 2 propane tanks and beauty cover, Has built in cd player and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers, exterior ladder and roof storage area, outdoor awning was replaced with new 2 years ago, oven and 3 burner stove, gas or electric fridge, furnace heater, onan cummings 4,000 micro quite generator well maintained and serviced regularly and generator compartment is fully insulated with 2" aluminized foam to keep it quieter. Everything works perfectly. We have done lots of upgrades while we have owned this. It is a great toy hauler. We're selling it because Our kids are getting older and our toys got bigger.
