Description

Meet our Mountain Aire "Airey"!! She has a BRAND NEW ROOF & AC-Heat Pumps installed August 2021!! We have lived in this coach and traveled 13,000 miles with it since October 2021 and know it very well! This is an older motorhome and there are a few odds & ends that need repair BUT Much has been recently redone with several updates like a Chest-Freezer added plus $1600 invested in a new "Sunshades" package that does wonders to block out brightness and heat in the Southwest Summers. We have survived 103 degree days now in decent comfort! Our travels in this coach have taken us from Tennessee to Boston Mass to Seattle Washington down Pacific Coast to San Francisco and now in Las Vegas over the winter with a couple runs to SoCal & Arizona too. We are selling because we would like to upgrade to a newer larger diesel coach but if we had to stay in this one a while longer thats fine as it does meet our needs well. In August of 2021 we installed a COMPLETELY NEW ROOF & Both ACs & Max Air vent fans all Brand New also the Bathroom Floor and Toilet are new as of March 2022. All tires in Great Shape with like-new tread. The two outer dually tires are brand new in August 2021 front tires in February 2022 and the inner dualys look good with deep tread and no signs of dry-rot. All plumbing works great including fresh, grey, and black water systems. This has a 38 gallon propane tank and the Furnace & Hot Water heater work very well on that. Body is in mostly great condition with just a couple scratches but no major damage. Worst of it is on the right-rear corner were I scuffed it on a phone pole while learning a hard lesson on parking maneuvers.4-Camera system is installed now which gives good visibility all around.Dash Digital display needs reworking as it is very difficult to read but the speedometer and tachometer are analog and work fine. 8.1L V8 GMC Workhorse Chassis with 5-speed transmission runs well on Mid-Grade fuel and I add some injector cleaner / lubrication to the gas when I fill up. Brand new Starter installed early November 2021 along with a new fuel filter, oil change, and fluid & belts inspection. Both slideouts, Most interior lights and All the electric plugs work fine. Plumbed for a Washer / Dryer combo but no machine currently. Microwave / convection Oven combo works fine but the fan is pretty loud when its running. Happy to answer all questions just send an inquiry!
