1997 Lance Squire 8000. 10' 9" extended cab model. Requires a longbed truck. 18' 10" overall length. The floor is 10' 9" so it does extend out past the end of a longbed truck. Has queen bed in cabover, large refrigerator, 3 burner stove with oven. Cold AC. Full wet bath. Has the cold weather package with extra insulation. 33 gal fresh water, 19 gal grey water, 22 gal black water. Two 5 gal propane tanks. Has electric jacks on all 4 corners with swingout brackets on the front ones to clear dually fenders.I am including a hitch extension to extend a 2.5" receiver out to the end of the camper so you still pull something. I am including accessories such as fresh water hose, fresh water pressure regulator, two sewer hoses and fittings, black water take rinse accessory, and 30 amp RV cord extension.Everything is functional except for outside shower. Has a new outside shower faucet installed but the water lines to it have been disconnected. It does have some water leak damage in a few areas but in overall good condition. NADA at link below shows value of $7200 for low retail which they state will have extensive wear and tear, need repairs, etc. I am listing for much lower than that knowing there is some work to be done but it is fully usable as is.
