This Tiffin Phaeton is in better than new condition. I bought it new and took it to Red Bay at the end of the first year. All the bugs have been worked out and it is in perfect condition. The coach drives like a dream and has a 10,000 lbs tow rating. We had several upgrades done including color matched slide boxes, electric fireplace, 2 power LazyBoy recliners, upgraded 2021 AC wood vent covers, 2021 dinette chairs, outside air temperature gauge in dash, 3 basement slide tables, under coach red mood lighting, and upgraded Kenwood DNX755RVS stereo/navigation system with Bluetooth and forward facing camera system that record crashes automatically or take pictures or videos manually. The navigation system is incredible, it has a 7” in dash screen and a 8” control pad installed at the passenger seat so your passenger can navigate or control the stereo or make phone calls all from the comfort of their fully reclining power passenger seat. The power, leather Lazyboys are much more comfortable than the original theater seats making it much nicer viewing the 50” HD tv that rises up from behind the couch.This coach is an all electric model with a large residential refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher, induction range top, and convection microwave. The coach has multiple heating sources including heated tile floors throughout, electric fireplace, 3 rooftop AC Units with heat pumps, and an Aqua-Hot system that provides on demand hot water, engine pre heat, and hot water furnace throughout the coach. Both the hot water furnace and heated floors heat the basement/under coach storage areas and the water,gray water,black water tanks. The Aqua-Hot system runs off AC power for short duration or diesel fuel for long duration use. The Aqua-Hot system is very fuel efficient. The coach is equipped with a 10,000 KW Onan generator with an auto gen start system, a 300 watt solar system and 6 coach batteries. It has a Dish TV in motion satellite system and internet boost system. I’ve owned several coaches over the years and the Tiffin Phaeton is one of the best built high end coaches on the market. The chassis warranty is good until 09/13/22 and the power train warranty various from 3-5 yrs depending on the component. Whether your in the mountains enjoying the heated tile floors and fire place on a cool evening or parked on the beach sitting under the power awning watching the 40” outdoor HD TV in the warm sun. This coach will take you there in comfort.
