I added upgrades. Had the small fan taken out of the bathroom and added a MaxAir. This is washer/dryer prepped so I added a brand new washer/dryer vented or vent less and never been used. I put a brand new mattress in it. It has also never been used. Stove, Microwave, Fireplace also never been used. I upgraded the shower head too. This will also include the sway control and hitch. I bought it brand new a few months ago. This has the dinette which makes into a bed. This is also a 50 AMP camper and has the prep for a second A/C. Between the washer/dryer, MaxAir, new bed, shower head, I spent $3000 on upgrades
