As you can see by the pictures and descriptions this is a large 5th Wheel. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It has been lived in for 2 years. We have removed the dinette area and replaced with a nice table and folding chairs for more room. We removed top bunk in 2nd bedroom for more space. There is a twin bed there. We have installed nice curtains on all main area windows. We are leaving the steps that help get up to the bunk bed. We installed a Splendide Washer/Dryer combo ($1500 value) which we are leaving in the RV. This RV has two full sized Air Conditioning units that keep things cool in the summer.

In great condition on the outside. All 4 slides work well. Inside is clean and spacious. This 5th wheel has a winter package. There are 2 black tanks and 3 gray tanks. The end to end warranty through Good Sam has three years left on it and is fully transferable, a $2,000 value. I will send more pictures if interested.
