2020 HEARTLAND LANDMARK NEWPORT
This is a beautiful fifth wheel to say the least. Full body paint exterior with a huge abundance of incredible storage space, inside and out. Interior is bright and roomy with modern gray cabinetry and accents throughout. The Factory build sheet lists all the accessories and options, and the pictures tell a thousand words in describing the fifth wheel but you have to see it to appreciate how spacious and livable the Newport really is. Some of the highlights include full size residential refrigerator, three A/C units, Gas wall oven, oversized bathroom and shower, walk in closet, and large half bath and multi-plex lighting system. There is large screen TV in the living room as well as a set in the bedroom and another outside. The fifth wheel is pre-wired for Generator, satellite TV and solar panels. Purchased new on Jan 1, 2020, it was delivered to our lot by the selling dealer, and never moved after that. We stayed in the RV only 10 weeks before having to return to Canada due to COVID which was life changing for us so now they need to sell. It has been inspected and everything checks out 100%.
