This 2018 Rockwood Minilite 2304KS is in excellent condition. It has received thorough yearly professional inspections and maintenance including roof inspection with surface and seam sealant for sun protection. It has always been stored in covered location and had annual winterization. The interior is in great condition and all appliance and equipment in working order. This is the hard to find queen size heated Murphy bed model which has a privacy curtain and two bed side tables with storage cabinets and reading lights. The bed is very easy to put up and pull down! When down you have a very comfy couch with good reading light.
There is one kitchen slide out with two sinks, three burner stove, oven and microwave, tons of counter space, a food pantry, spice cabinet and room for all your cooking gear. The dinette sofa converts to a bed and is opposite the kitchen so that the dinette table easily expands your food prep area! The large light filled bathroom at the rear has a spacious shower with skylight and two huge wardrobe closets. Electronics all in working order including TV, CD player, radio, inside and outside speakers, wired for tv, cable, satellite and solar ready, comes with outside hot water shower and BBQ that attaches to outside of rig and connects to propane tank. Automatic AC (13,500 BTU) and auto heater which run either electric or propane. Will include the extra heavy duty hitch with sway bars we purchased for the rig! This is an awesome home away from home. Easy to haul and park as its 23 foot length meets most smaller park and National park requirements.
