Never lived in trailer which has only been used a handful of times. The unit has been upgraded to 6 Volt Golf Cart Batteries, a large 100-watt solar panel, and a 40 amp MPPT charge controller. The trailer is in almost new condition. This has been a trouble-free trailer with self-leveling jacks, double laminated walls, and plywood construction. The unit also has a Gas BBQ which attaches to the outdoor Kitchen area with trailer gas lines. Although we have owned several trailers, we have found life has taken us in a different direction. The trailer has been stored under cover.
