Description

The most important thing to know first is the original owner was an electrical engineer. He installed solar and a ton of addons. This is really lucky.

I bought from him April 2021 (RVtrader), and used it for one last extended summer vacation with our college kids. This is a Toy Hauler, but we used it as a Boy Hauler. The garage was our dedicated teenager room.
I love this layout of the Outlaws because the main bed is raised. Instead of the main bed eating up living floorspace, it takes up unused headspace in the rear.

We slept 5 adults. 3 adult kids in own bed each withOUT using the pullout couch. Can sleep up to 8-10 adults. 3 queens & 1 double & 2 twins.

Basics:
-New tires Dec 2021
-Low miles
-Three A/Cs
-Washer/Dryer hookup
-Propane fridge (yes!)
-Auto leveling system
-Right and left side cameras and rear camera
-4 TVs
-The first owner kept very meticulous records. All oil changes, repairs, etc. I continued that.

First Owner Addons:
-6 Solar Panels!
-4 very high quality lead acid batteries
-Power Pulse Battery Maintenance System
-Trimetric solar & battery monitoring system
-There is an overflow from solar to chassis battery in case it gets low called 'Trik-L Start'
-Air compressor. You can fill your own tires, winterize the water lines, and blow the airhorn
-There is a loud airhorn, sounds like a semi. You’ll never go back once you try it. It saved me from an accident, and it’s fun

-Tireminder wheel pressure monitor. Displays all 6 motorhome tires, and 4 car tires
-Steer Safe Stabilizer
-In an outside bay, there is a 12volt plug added for an external camping refrigerator-Waterproof antenna rooftop cable feeder box
-Phone cellular booster with roof antenna
-RV park wifi booster kit (We didn’t use the booster kits because installed own unlimited cell antenna)
-Upgraded radio
-HDMI switcher installed to pipe Netflix or BluRay from the network cabinet to all 4 TVs at same time

The first owner had a US Bank loan, so before I flew there I got pre-approved at US Bank to make it easy. If you are getting a loan, consider US Bank.

I bought the Subaru tow vehicle at the same time just for our summer trip. It's a 2018 Subaru Forester Premium manual drive. It has all the top end components from Roadmaster. There is also a quality 2 channel dashcam, front & rear. It is wired to record with an on/off switch without turning on engine (to record while towing). All the towing accessories & cameras cost $5000 to install. Car was $25K and has 32,000 miles.
