Solid, good quality RV that has provided years and miles of enjoyment to a loving family. This RV has seen over half of the US and some of the best National Parks from Glacier to Yellowstone to Yosemite! A/C unit new in 2019 and blows nice and cold on even the hottest days. Onboard generator has 475-hrs of runtime and starts up without issue - has automatic shutoff when vehicle gas tank drops below 1/4 tank to preserve fuel. Onboard 16-gal propane tank feeds heater, refrigerator, 6-gal hot water heater, and 3 burner stove. RV sleeps max of 10 (Bedroom Queen Bed - 2; Cab Overhead - 2; Bunkhouse - 2; Sleep Sofa - 2; Dining Table Conversion - 2) and sleeps 6 VERY comfortably. 3 TV's inside (1 on swivel in cabover area, 1 for each bunk in the bunkhouse) and 1 TV outside (entertainment center under primary awning). Power outdoor awning and built-in awnings over each slide.

Additional notes based on questions I have been asked so far:  (1) No smoking has ever occurred in the RV.  (2) The RV does not have built-in leveling jacks but I have 3 packages of manual leveling blocks that I am including with the purchase and I have installed side-to-side and front-to-back levels on the inside of the RV to confirm leveling when using the blocks.  (3) We have 2 dogs that have travelled with us on about half of our trips, but we keep them in kennels while inside and make sure to thoroughly clean the RV afterwards.
