This trailer is in great condition. The floor plan is great for a family of 4 to 5. The rear of the camper is the bunk house with a slide consisting of an overhead bunk with a couch underneath and an entertainment center/storage with a bunk above it. Moving towards the front is a half bath and its own door to the outside. Then its the kitchen and dinning area with nook type dinning table with wrap around bench seating with storage underneath the benches. We have enjoyed all 5 of us being able to sit at the table to eat. The refrigerator is a 10.7 cu ft 12 v. It is very nice to be able to travel and have your fridge already packed and cold while you travel. There is a 3 burner gas stove and small oven for the rainy day meals if you wish to cook inside. The sink is a large style farm sink with a high rise faucet with sprayer. The main slide is big and consists of the dinning area and couch. We upgraded the couch to an electric sofa recliner Theater type with usb ports for charging your electronics. The main door opens open towards the couch with an area to place your shoes with plenty of room to walk in and out. The living room TV is a 50 in LED TV that is connected to the stereo/DVD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. The DVD player unfortunately does not play Blue ray DVDs. The stereo is also blue tooth so you can connect your phone for your playlist music you want. The front of the camper consists of the main bath with very nice shower with glass sliding doors. Then the bedroom is in the nose of the camper with a XL max-tint panoramic window with blinds. RV queen size bed with storage underneath. Behind the bed is a big To the sides of the bed is small wardrobe to hang clothes with a drawer underneath. Above the bed is more storage for clothes. A TV can be placed in the main bedroom and bunk house with cable connections as well. This camper also has an Awesome outdoor kitchen! Has a gas cast iron griddle that pulls out, a dorm size fridge, a sink, and storage! It was our favorite part of the camper. it has power stabilzers and front jack. The underbelly has heated tanks as well as heated underbelly. There is 1 A.C. unit in the main area and is also pre-wired for a second A.C. in the bedroom. This unit also is solar prepped. This trailer has been amazing! We are selling because we upgraded to a 5th wheel due to traveling for work and that is our mobile home. Hitch is included and 5 yr extended warranty is transferable
