Description

2020.5 37MBH immaculate condition (non smoking family) inside/out. 15k penguin 2 ac front/15k penguin 2 heat pump in rear…will throw in penguin 2 13.5k ac with purchase.  Trailer is prepped for generator and has the solar package with a 190 watt go power panel on the roof.  The 13.5k was used approx 3 summer camping trips before being replaced with heat pump.  Also ordered with slide toppers.  I am the original owner and purchased in Jan 2020, so this is a pre-pandemic 5th wheel. I optioned for the dinette instead of table and chairs, as I wanted more sleeping zones. There is a 55” tv in living room, 42” in mid bunk and 32” in bedroom. I chose the 18 cf gas/electric Norcold fridge when ordering. I have upgraded the kitchen faucet to a Moen unit (due to own faucet leak), I added a soap dispenser at the same time. I upgraded the shower head to Oxygenics unit. I added the MORryde x-factor spring hanger braces (all 3) for added security. I have no more than 3k miles on the stock Westlake CR960A tires (no patches or plugs). I just greased the bearings approx 600 miles ago and I regular grease the suspension. I added rollers to the rear tow hitch to help with steep inclines to avoid any frame dragging (my driveway is steep). I also added window tint to all windows to help keep sun/heat out of the rig. It is rather dark inside with the tint, so if that’s not your thing, you can easily pull off with no damage whatsoever. I also designed a system to increase airflow to the rear heat pump (google RV Airflow - very similar) which has helped quite a bit. Pictures will be included.  I also upgraded all the outside cam locks on the trailer and upgraded the door lock to an RVLock electronic lock with a number code as well as keyless remote (they are awesome!). I also upgraded to the Valterra Waste Valve…no more leftover grey/waste water spillage when uncapping at campsite!

This trailer is immaculate. I usually wash/wax after every trip.  I religiously use ceramic spray on the front and rear cap as extra precaution.  I am a truck driver, so air pressures are super important to me and tires are frequently checked and alway set to proper spec before and after every trip. They are in great condition.

I am including 2 10’ rhino sewer hoses with clear end attachments for the trailer end and sewer connection end, Happy Camper powder black tank treatment as well as Unique powder treatment that was just opened. 2 nice reclining camping chairs, a brand new 8x16” outdoor camping rug used on one week long trip, 50 amp power cord as well as 15 ft extension, 50 psi pressure regulator, Anderson level buckets (all 6), a couple of new inline water filters and some other small stuff that’ll get you camping on day one!

As you can tell, this trailer will be turn key ready to go camping the day you purchase it!  We have some positive life changes coming and ready to let it go. Our loss, your gain!  This will not last!
