I am the 2nd owner. I purchased this in Dec. of 2020. Stayed in it full time for 6 months then built a house. Absolutely, loved everything about it. It does have the full body paint and everything works. Never smoked in or never had animals. I still work and I travel out of town every week so it does not have any wear and tear. If it was practical I would love to keep it and move it to the mountains for a summer get away from the Florida summers. It does have the built in wine cooler, the electric awnings and the electric toilet in the bathroom.
