Description

If the ad is up, it is still available.

I started this project a little over 3 years ago handling the research, development, and build myself. The main objective was function over fashion with transparency through simplicity. I came up with the idea after helping my brother fix his 150k Sprinter RV (top 3 big brand unnamed) tearing it apart to fix a leak, I found they're built with the cheapest labor and parts for the greatest profit marginhence this van was born. I am an outdoorsman and motorcycle racer so I set out to design something that could meet and exceed such expectations. I wanted to have a usable garage space when needed, living quarters to relax, and a full kitchen to cook up anything on the menu. To make this happen I came up with the idea of bringing a trailer Happy Jack elevator bed to a van conversion. The beautiful part of its design, you can park your race bike or whatever it may be, lower the bed and fall asleep without worry! Everything in the Van was purchased new and all miles were FUN R&D testing. I have a background in commercial equipment and machining putting it to good use with the build (hopefully more to come). It was built with the idea of being completely off grid without generator power (most State parks don't allow generators) and to outlast any Van on the market. ALL the cabinetry is finished in a variety of green reusable bamboo. With that all said, the ultimate goal is safety. Everything used is marine grade UL rated and over engineered. Family comes first!

VAN BASICS 2018 LWB High Roof 2wd 2.0L diesel purchased new. It is registered as an RV in California and weighs in at 8660lbs full. Wheels and tires are Black Rhino Havasus wrapped in BFgoodrich all terrain tires.both with less than a thousand miles. Current mileage is 13,000. Only thing that has been serviced was a smog sensor recall. I changed the oil filter, cabin filters, and fuel filter at 5,000 miles which is half of what ford recommends. Next oil change therefore is 15,000.
