This unique floor plan is great for families. It has a spacious Master bedroom which is comparable to a 5th wheel with plenty of wardrobe space. The bunkhouse is located in the front of the trailer and includes a flip up bunk, TV, and closet. 

The trailer has a 50 amp hookup with a 15k A/C unit, and it is prepped for a 2nd A/C. This unit is equipped with a Lippart auto leveling system which simplifies set up time. It also has the cold weather prep package. 

The exterior has a 20ft awning, tv mount and hookups, and a wall mounted outdoor grill option with propane hookups. The outdoor kitchen contains a fully functional sink with drain, 2 burner propane stove, and refrigerator.

Our family has many memories in this trailer, and it has served us well! Life is keeping us busy we need to take a small break from camping.
