I bought this travel trailer 2 years ago and I love it. I just don't use it near as much as I used to and I am looking to cut some monthly costs. I have used it as an airbnb on my property before and it makes a ton of money. But I don't have that property anymore and don't have the space for it so its got to go! Okay so everything is pretty much like new with few blemishes here and there. The problems: 1. the hooks that hold the awning down broke over time and I haven't replaced them - I just use some rope to hold it down while driving and its not been a problem. 2. One of the curtain holders inside has popped out of the rivet hole - easy fix, but just never got around to it. 3. The heater sometimes won't ignite when the sail switch is dirty - apparently that is a known issue on the heaters they used for this model, this year. Its a design problem with the sail switch which doesn't always go down because of dirt or debris in the way. It's always fixable by cleaning out the sail switch area and making sure it can flow freely. I can show you how to do that. 4. the closet door latch is a bit finicky but not a big problem 5. the bed is not in bad condition - it could be replaced or it could be slept on for another few years. All depends on your preference. Everything else is pretty much perfect like new.
