A great light weight travel trailer RV that is towable behind a mid-sized SUV or mid-sized truck. We towed with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Travel trailer GVW is only 3900lbs loaded. Great for getting into any available site at state and national parks. We used it a few times and then decided that we loved going Rv'ing, but wanted more space. We ended up getting a larger RV and are looking to sell this one. The travel trailer is a single axle which allows for great maneuvering in tight spaces. I am including the weight distribution hitch, cover and 10 leveling blocks.Aluminum siding with 12 ft awning covering window and door on camp side. Awning has multi color light strip w/remote. A 30 amp power cord (30ft in length), that runs all 110 outlets and charges single battery for all over head lights, awning (w/lights), water pump, media device and power tongue jack. A single 20lb propane tank. Travel trailer is solar prepped. It has a side mounted ac unit above dinette, less chance for roof leaking. 2 rear manual stabilizers (slightly bent, but work). It is rear camera prepped. A 6 gal gas water heater. A large rear bathroom is width of the trailer with toilet, sink, mirror with storage and full height shower. Plenty of room for drying and changing. Dinette for 4 people, coverts to bed for 3rd person sleeping. Queen sized bed with night stands on both sides with 110 outlets. Integrated media center w/remote for radio (am/fm), cd/dvd player and usb port with multi zone support for inside, outside speakers and to TV. Cable prepped and composite output (from media center) for tv located at wall mount area. Dual burner stove, microwave and single basin sink. 3 cu ft fridge is gas/electric (not working).
