Enclosed underbelly, 2 carbon monoxide alarms, tons of storage in this camper- this was a huge bonus for us. We have 4 kids and I assure you the living area lay out cannot be beat. This is the second camper we have owned and we will forever own opposing slide outs in the den. This means where the couch slides out as well as across the room where the TV is also slides out- so it makes one big open space for family time.Plenty of room! We have 4 kids and we spent so much time building awesome memories playing games in this living room. It needs a new RV couch/chairs- we bought a cheap, small couch and that is what’s in there now. I would plan on investing in a new RV couch or smaller standard couch in there. Master has a queen bed. Both couches pull out into beds. Sleeps 9. Bunks have a 200 pound weight limit. My 11 year old slept comfortably in the larger bunk. Washer and dryer hook up in master closet. There is minor cosmetic issues such as scratches and things that could use a furniture marker to fix. Nothing major! There are 2 blinds that need replaced, but once again those are minor issues. There is a picture of the back corner where a small pieced of the aluminum was repaired.
