Due to it being a 2016, there are some minor wear and tear. The 2 recliner chairs are peeling (not real leather). Some parts of the wall paper has started to peel. The front door entry way on the floor does have some yellowing due to sun when having the door open. The bumper does have a minor dent and the ladder has had some repairs done.
