Trailer has been gently used. All appliances work. We removed the dinette for more space. The couch broke and was removed to allow for additional counter space. Trailer has outdoor shower and black tank flush.We are including the equalizer hitch, 2 sway controllers, and a set of stabilizer blocks. Wardrobe slides out for lots of storage. Tv, blue tooth radio, CD player included. Large food pantry. Fully vented A/C and heater. Have all original manuals and paperwork for the trailer. The dog crate is not included, shown to demonstrate the use of the space . The cabinet and countertop are included. Will also include a folding table and chairs in wanted.
