Description

Well-maintained and well-loved RV, perfect for a family of 4 or 5 looking to full-time or part-time. A king-size bed (10" memory foam in waterproof cover) is super comfortable. (Bed flips up, pictured, for even more storage inside the RV.) Two bunks, long enough for tall teens or adults, and if you've got more kids, we modified it so you can fit a trundle-bed style mattress under the bottom bunk, AND you can fit a smaller mattress (or a doggy bed) under the bar countertop.

The Freightliner chassis has been completely trouble-free. Side + rear cameras. Air brakes and suspension make driving this almost relaxing. Plenty of power to tow a car/SUV behind. Gets about 10mpg if driven ~65mph. (I have years of records to support that. I logged the odometer with every fill-up.)

  • NEW TIRES!
  • Super Slide! The driver's side slide is almost the full length of the RV. Never any issues with it.
  • Washer+Dryer hookups. (The Splendide 2100xc fits perfectly and works great.)
  • We removed some of the built-in furniture to add more room. Make it your own.
  • The roof is in good shape, sealed, and leak-free.
  • Plenty of basement storage.
  • Generator works great.
  • 4 house batteries replaced in 2019. I added the water-filler tubes + pump so they can actually be filled.
  • Single owner with complete maintenance records and all the original documentation.
  • FIVE (5) TVs. 1 main one up front, 1 outside, 1 in the main bedroom, and 1 in each of the bunks.
  • Kitchen: Microwave + convection oven works great. Double sink. Plenty of counter space and storage, + island.
  • Bathroom: TANKLESS WATER HEATER! This is super important for a family. Endless hot water with decent water pressure.
Problems / Issues / Notes:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Minor / light scratches on the exterior. Normal wear and tear stuff.
  • Small bend in the very front right (exterior) compartment door.
  • Our kids put stickers on some of the (interior) panelling, and the wood veneer peeled off in some places (see photos).
  • The extendable awning is torn on the front corner where it attaches to the coach. It still works fine, though.
  • Magnum inverter/charger needs to be replaced. (Currently bypassed with a charger for the house batteries.)
WILLING TO TRADE: We're looking to downsize to a Class B (Sprinter, preferably) with at least 5 seatbelts. Ideally the Winnebago 70x / 170x, 2016 or newer.

LOCATION: Washington State, or San Diego, depending on timing. Contact for details :)
