We are the second owners of this RV. We purchased it in Jan. 2014 from a nice lady in Illinois whose husband had gotten sick soon after purchasing it new. The mileage at the time was 2,820 and it now has 20,875 miles on it and is in beautiful condition. We are selling because of health reasons. I can no longer drive long distances. It's been fun, but now we are done. This motor home has 2 slide-outs (master bed and living/dining), 2 flat screen TV's with remote controls, 3 burner gas cook top, microwave /convection oven, rear vision camera for backing, glass indoor shower enclosure with skylight and separate from the bathroom, 2 thermostat-controlled power roof vents, and electric entry steps. It has a 15,000 BTU ceiling ducts heat/air pump. If you are into cold weather camping, the gas furnace is 31,000 B.T.U.'s and has a 4,000 K.W. Cummins Onan generator with 61 hours on it. That hour reading is correct; no boon-docking for us. It has been started on a regular basis and Sea foam fuel additive added with every fill-up. Outside, it has a utility shower, a gas grill with hookup to onboard propane connection a 15 foot awning, and a 4,500 lb trailer hitch. Refrigerator & freezer operates on electric or propane. Master has a California queen with walking space on both sides (an absolute must), sofa makes a double bed and dining booth makes a bed big enough for 2 kids. There is another table that installs in front of the sofa, but we have never used it. Lots of storage compartments and drawers throughout, and two mirrored master closets. Easy access to bathroom and kitchen while traveling. We have made the following improvements since purchasing:Big Foot hydraulic automatic levelers (2020), all new Michelin (25x16) tires (June 2021), customized thick queen mattress in bedroom, new front step motor (2021), replaced all interior lights with L.E.D.s (2020), new toilet seal (if you have done this repair, you will appreciate not having to do it again for a while), one slide-out pantry shelf, Steer-Safe steering stabilizer system and new house battery (Nov. 2021). It has always been stored under cover on concrete pad when not in use. Detailed inside and out October 23, 2021. Outside coated with ceramic spray coating. There were some small blemishes on the leather sofa that have been repaired (picture posted). Also the previous owner evidently used a buffer in a small place left side, barely can see it.
