Gently used 5th wheel in good condition. Has been parked in same place for last 8 years. Almost new queen mattress, loads of storage space, pull out sofa bed with inflatable mattress included. Must be removed from current site as park owner is converting to short-term spots only. Clean and well cared for, lived in by single older non-smoking woman. Water heater and fridge are both electric and propane.
Would make a great extra guest house or mother-in-law home.
