The generator has about 195 hours on it. Oil, Filter, Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump changed in 2021. The generator is run 1 hour every month to keep the carburetor from clogging.
2 x 6-Volt Deep Cycle batteries - about 2 years old
The tires are about 5 years old

Cargo Length is 20' 1" to the kitchen cabinets.
Cargo width is 93" wall to wall with just a small obstruction (5" plastic cover)
Cargo height is 84" (7') to the frame of the rear door. With the lower bed removed
Cargo Carry Capacity is 3202 (with 140 gallons / 1162 lbs of water and 46 lbs of propane)

Because it can fit a 72" wide Can Am Maverick X3 - 4 seater with 6' to spare
I put a 2011 RZR4, 2 Suzuki Quads, and 2 16+' kayaks in the trailer with all the furniture

I removed 2 couches, 2 chairs and one rear bed and it fits my 2004 Jeep Wrangler LJ
AND you can pull it with a Single Rear Wheel 2500 truck.
Chevy has at least 3 configurations of 2500HD Crew Cab that can pull this fully loaded.
This is a True 4 Season RV. The walls are 6 layers, the roof is 9 layers. The underside is fully enclosed and heated. Look at the attached MSRP sticker. This unit has what they call the "Alaskan Package".
