2005 Alpenlite Aspen FAS27 Rear bath 5th wheel with 13-ft slide-out. Original owner, retired couple, used only twice a year or so. No kids, no pets, non smokers. Stored since new on my property in Arizona under cover as shown in photo #2. Interior is spotless and all original. Exterior is clean and free from damage. It has some fading to graphics mostly on right side and back, and the right fender (over tires) has a couple of cracks (I took a close-up, see photo). Extras added after purchase include a Reese 16,000 lb 5th wheel hitch for your pick-up, 80w solar, power awning, slide topper, 27 gallon blue boy (never used), water jugs, 26" TV, DVD player.
