Newmar quality cannot be beat! This well cared for 40' Class A Newmar Dutch Star is perfect for weekend getaways or full time adventuring. Built on the Spartan chassis, the coach is mechanically sound, equipped with an air-ride system and factory repainted in 2010.

As itinerant missionaries traveling during a pandemic, we needed something that would do well on the roads, as well as provide a comfortable living and work evironment and this fit the bill perfectly! The layout features a spacious main living area that fits a 6x8 area rug, a built in desk and filing cabinets with a couch and recliner. The front captain's chairs spin for additional seating when hosting guests. Up front, elegant fabric drapes give you near complete black out and function as a layer of insulation for all-weather use. All the other windows (except for kitchen and bathroom) come with day-night accordian shades that are clean and in very good condition. The original window treatments are still installed, but could be easily customized for a more modern feel and color preference.

The 3-burner Amana stove top coupled with a Furrion microwave/convection oven (newly installed August 2021) provide a good amount of cooking space. There is also a stand-alone ice maker which comes in handy during hot summer days and a mounted can opener, coffee pot and toaster (if you want to keep them).

The separate toilet/sink area coupled with another sink and large shower gave us a "his and her" space and also provided privacy those few times we had guests staying with us. The large shower was a must have for someone who stands 6'1".

The bedroom fits a standard size queen mattress (newly purchased in Oct 2020 and kept covered with two waterproof mattress covers). In the corner is a Splendide Washer-Dryer combo which is perfect to handle laundry for two.

There is plenty of onboard storage-real wood cabinets and drawers throughout; under bed storage; and ample "basement" storage, including multiple full passthroughs and a pull out tray. The high quality insulation and a basement heater is perfect for all season use.

Although not shown in photos, included are factory made window shades that easily snap-on giving you shade and privacy during hot summer days; wheel covers; and a brand new ADCO Designer Series Class A RV winter cover. (Two-wheeled tow-dolly optional).
