Living room has a jackknife sofa sleeper and a sofa chair. Sofa sleeper seats 3 (2 seatbelts) sofa chair, also has a seatbelt, seatbelts for 5 passengers total.Kitchen includes solid surface countertops and sink. Sink has 2 solid surface cutting boards which cover sink for addend counter space. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer combo. range and oven. Stationary dining table with 2 removable wood and upholstered chairs. Lots of storage drawers and cabinets above and below. Stemware rack, glass front china cupboard. Bathroom has ceramic commode and sink with mirrored cabinet, corner shower with skylight, fantastic fan, linen closet above washer/dryer combo, sliding mirrored door, clothes closet with drawers underneath. Bedroom offers a queen bed, with night stands on each side and small cabinets above. Two small mounted televisions. This coach has full mechanical maintenance history records. There is some water damage affecting the ceiling in the living room and bedroom wall. There is also some water damage to a cabinet in the living room and discoloration to the window accents and the carpet in the living room. We believe the water was entering through the air conditioners. The roof is in good condition and all seams and openings have been re-caulked with flexible sealant. Magnetic sheet strips have been placed around the outside of each air conditioner to prevent water entry from the elements. This coach has lots of large window, bringing the outdoors in very comfortable and livable. This is a great coach! Needs some TLC but has many more years of use for someone willing to do some work. This coach is currently in Stoneville, North Carolina.
