In the interest of full disclosure:

• As seen in the photos, the shelf above the bed has been removed. Loose shelf is included.
• Carpet in the bunkroom slide was stained with ink from broken pens behind the sofa. It is not visible unless the the sofa is removed.
• There was some minor damage to the right rear exterior due to a Kentucky state park tree that jumped in our way. The damage has been fully repaired by a Grand Design dealer.
• As seen in the photos, the fold down bunk has been removed, but will be re-installed prior to sale if buyer desires.
• Bunkhouse door has cosmetic damage on one edge
