It has a queen-sized bed on a lift system, and 2 fold-out sofas (not currently installed but come with it, and have never been used). In the garage is a 1/2 bath with a stainless sink, a porcelain toilet with a bidet, and a full washer-dryer hookup. Installed along one wall is an aluminum tie down track with extra clips. The floor has strategically placed tie downs for motorcycles, vehicles, or equipment. Snap-on window covers are finished with reflective material to help keep it cool. The tailgate has a a folding fence, and can be used as a deck. Screens roll down and zip closed to make a wall between the deck and the inside of the garage.
