Description

Great RV looking for a new family! We chose the 17RTHSE because it is one of the only small, capable toy-haulers on the market. It has dual axles (never had a blowout), a huge rear door (96"), large loading area (we carried dirt bike, 4-wheeler, and generator), and is super light (3770 lbs. dry weight).

We went and bought the RV in Hattiesburg, MS, because these were rare, even in 2017. Over the past 4 years, our family of 3 has camped it all over Texas. Probably 30-40 trips total and it has been an excellent RV. All of the RV systems work and always have. We replaced the water pump and tongue jack this year, but otherwise all original equipment. The AC does great, even in the Texas heat, and we rarely had to put it above "low" setting. The 50 gallon freshwater tank is great, as you can dry camp for a few days with just a generator.

This RV tows amazing because of it's light weight, double axles, and long tongue. We have a Silverado 1500 and barely noticed this trailer at times. Very stable at 70-75 mph and never had any scary moments towing, even on windy days. Trailer brakes work amazing and stop the rig quickly. It does have a relatively high hitch weight at 760 lbs, so we got a Fastway E2 weight distribution hitch system. This $500 system will be included with trailer, along with a spare tire and the pictured wheel chocks.

The RV can legit hold a lot of stuff. We often carried a full-size dirt bike, a mid-size ATV, a generator, and all our stuff.

This 17RTHSE has a few upgrades over the base model, including power awning, alloy wheels, and LED light strip outside. We are also leaving the TV and a few other items.

Other than these issues below, the RV is in great condition with minimal wear and tear. The only reason we are selling is we recently got a Class C for longer trips.
-Scratch on back left (picture included). Was balancing a dirt bike on the corner and it fell over.
-Scratch/dent on front left from branch (picture included).
-There was a pinhole leak on the roof by vent and front bathroom wall got a little wet. Since it was angled, it did not seem to affect outer structure, just made a small part of thin bathroom wall soft. We fixed the roof leak and added decorative trim to cover the affected part of bathroom wall.
