Grey hawk is Jaycos top of the line with very soft seats, granite counters, sunshades and blackout shades on all coach windows, 2 TVs, 2 acs, tankless water heater, walk around queen, couch that makes out to full bed, overhead queen/king bunk, huge slide out and awning, power stabilization jacks, tow hitch and lots of storage below. Tires are Michelin and I bought the extended warranty with it that I can transfer to the new owner for piece of mind. I priced it below low Blue book but am willing to negotiate.
