We bought this trailer new as our entry or “trial run” into RVing. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent and are now shopping for a motor home! 
*The wall decor is NOT stickers, it is vinyl and can be removed easily without any residue. 
We never planned on bringing our adult kids camping with us, however, they decided to come along quite a few times and never complained about sleeping on the dinette or couch beds.
We’ve replaced a few of the LED lights this year, the water heater (after it froze by accident in Jan 2018) and the dealership replaced the toilet when they didn’t winterize properly. 
No roof or window leaks, past or present.
The blinds are in good working order.
Tires have been in the shade, no sun damage but we are accounting for the fact they are 4+ years old.
Awning in very good shape.
Indoor integrated TV/DVD/stereo/radio with outdoor speakers.
