The coach is in like new condition. Its stored indoor when ever it's not in use. The past several years it has only made one trip from MI to FL and back and spent a couple months there. It has new tires all the way around, and a new water heater. It includes a washer, dryer and generator. The coach is on a freightliner chassis with Cummins diesel power. We also have a tow bar and brake peddle control box that can be negotiated.
