I searched for nine months to find a 2005 Rialta 22 QD as nice as this one. It has seatbelts for 8 and sleeps 4. Great for tailgating. Very easy to drive and fits most parking spaces. Recent updates include tires, back up camera, Sony Radio and CD with remote, Heatshields for privacy in cab and vinyl flooring in coach area. Gets 16-19 mpg. Has 78,564 miles. I have a new transmission cooler still in the box for it. The brochure can be googled and printed out for all the details. I bought this a month ago and did not realize my handicaped mom does not fit in the bathroom, so I needsomething with a larger bathroom.
