This turnkey RV is equipped with/includes; Westinghouse iGen4500 Generator - 3700 Running Watts/4500 Peak Watts with a remote start. Generator sits on an elevator to lift it high enough to get it onto the back of our truck. 50 amp hook-up. 1 slide. Awning w/lighting. 2 entrance doors with Lippert thin shades in both door windows. All of the electrical cords, plus various dog bones. Sewer/water hoses. Water filter/sediment filter. Camco water heater tank rinser. XChock wheel stabilizers. 2 rubber chocks. Beech Lane levelers in carry bag. (2) 30 lb. propane tanks. RV King bed (new mattress makes it very comfortable, even for us extra-fluffy people) & 1 RV King sheet set. Washer/dryer combo prep. in the bedroom closet. TV (Firestick included). Fireplace. Theater seating (2 recliners) that have controls for heat, massage and lighting (blue lighting is underneath the recliners, in front). Between the recliners is an armrest w/deep storage for remotes, etc. 1 tray table that drops down into either one of the recliner armrests. Norcold 12V compressor fridge which makes cool down time very fast and it runs off of the battery, or shore power, so no need to leave the propane running during travel. Booth dinette (provides additional sleeping area). In the restroom's top drawer (of 3), there is a remote control switch for the water pump - which was added/built in - and is very useful on drive days when pulling over on the side of the road to use the restroom (when the slide is in). Sliding glass doors on the shower with a nice skylight above and an Oxygenics shower head. Ceramic toilet offers the 3 P's (Prime Pooping Position). Unopened first aid kit. Microwave oven. 3 burner stove. Oven with pizza stone. Lighted rings around the control knobs for both the stove and the oven that can be left off, but have a pretty blue lighting around each control when turned on. Large drawer for storage under the oven with 2 drawers next to the oven for silverware, utensils, etc. Farmhouse sink has cutting board & rack. On all 4 corners are stabilizing jacks which helps quite a bit when you're walking around inside the RV so that it feels more stable - these are not leveling jacks. An unopened/new picnic table cloth and weights that clip onto the table cloth so that it doesn't fly off of the table during a breeze. The pass-through has quite a bit of room. This RV was taken out only 6 times, including the "Shake down" trip. It has never been smoked in, and is in excellent condition!
