MODS*
Included is an inverter that I installed just for operation of the TV when not using shore power.
I added an 8 inch coil spring mattress to replace the 4 inch foam.

Maintenace needed*
*Needs new vent cover for dometic fridge on right side of trailer.
* Needs new battery.

* Trailer is located in Bemidji Minnesota but can bring it to Minneapolis for interested parties .
